About

Lesley R. Rockwell is an intelligence analyst, money laundering expert, and instructor. Ms. Rockwell is currently a Senior Associate with McManis and Monsalve Associates, a small, veteran-owned, HUBZone-certified consulting firm that helps organizations improve performance, manage change, and mitigate risk. In this position, she provides intelligence support to the Washington D.C. Metro Transit Police Department. She is the President of Forensic and Intelligence Services LLC, a woman-owned small business that provides forensic science, intelligence analysis, and anti-money laundering services and training. She is also an adjunct faculty member in the Intelligence and National Security Studies program at University of Texas at El Paso. Previously, Ms. Rockwell was a Senior Intelligence Analyst for the U.S. Department of Justice, where she specialized in money laundering and financial crimes. She was also the Director of Analysis and Report Writing Methodologies at Government Training, Inc and an adjunct faculty member in the Intelligence Management program at Henley-Putnam University. Ms. Rockwell has an MS in Strategic Intelligence from National Defense Intelligence College, an MS in Administration of Justice from Mercyhurst College, and a BA from Mercyhurst College's Research Intelligence Analyst Program (currently Mercyhurst College’s Institute for Intelligence Studies). She has provided briefings, training, and intelligence products for audiences at the Executive Office of the President, U.S. Department of the Treasury, U.S. Department of Justice, House Select Permanent Committee on Intelligence, Government Accountability Office, Pfizer Inc, Financial Action Task Force, and many other agencies, organizations, and conferences.
